- Kimmeridgian marls with small oysters (Pouilly-sur-Loire)

- Red Albian flints (Saint-Andelain)

- Portland limestone compact with grains (Tracy-sur-Loire)

- Oxfordian limestone with patelets  (St Martin-sur-Nohain)

10-15 years old

Productivity :

50-55 hl/ha

Harvest :

Manual worker in 10 -12 kgs small boxes

Winemaking notes :

Vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks during 3 months on fine lees.


Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 18°c, in order to preserve its primary aromas as well as the youth of the vintage.

Tasting notes :

Should be tasted eating at the bar, withcured ham, rillons, a seafood board or a crottin de Chavignol

To keep :

Bottled from the very first days of winter, it is recommended to open it in the 2 or 3 following years.
