Done only when great vintage.

Vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks wooden tun and wooden barrel during 16 to 18 months on fine lees.
Alcoholic fermentation between 18 and 20°C.

Tasting notes :

It is recommended to decant it in order to let its pureness and flinty mineral taste go out.
"Majorum" should be served with a fried foie gras, a grilled lobster, fish in butter sauce or while concocting a very sophisticated sauce.
